solid stay with harbour view
clean room appointed room really good service easy access
the room was very clean and well appointed. i found staff service really good at breakfast. staff were happy to help. the location is very good, it provides easy access.
replenishing tea and coffee in the room was not consistent . i had to request it one day.

EXCELLENT Stay, Wonderful Views
room size great layout nespresso machine harbour view
I was very happy with the room size and its layout. I especially loved the decor. It was great to have a nespresso machine with a daily pod top up. I had comfortable beds, blackout blinds, and a fan, great for solid nights of sleep. Breakfast was a GREAT choice with harbour views.
The restaurant seemed very busy with the public receiving preferential treatment for bookings. I only had one meal there.

The hotel is situated right on the harbour front. It has several outdoor terraces that offer amazing views across the sound. I enjoyed spending time soaking in the scenery.

The restaurant food was AMAZING!!! Breakfast was a particular highlight, and the staff really were really good. I especially liked the fresh, local ingredients used in most dishes served.

decent location, some issues
damaged walls small shower
The inn is close to the harbour. This made getting to the ferries easy.
The building seems tired. I saw damaged walls in my room. the towel rail didn't work, and nobody fixed it after i reported it. the shower was very small too.

the staff welcomed me warmly at reception. my room offered amazing sea views, a perfect start to each day. breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, i particularly enjoyed the fresh local ingredients.

clean room pleasing team delicious food
The room I stayed in, a beautiful double or twin room, was very clean. It had every detail catered for and i slept SO well after all my walking! The food, drinks and staff REALLY have to be the star. The team were always so keen to please.
the FLOOR in the patio was filthy and the tables were old.
