the STAFF were really friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a GREAT variety of options, including fresh fruit and hot dishes.
The gym was quite small. It had limited equipment. the air conditioning in my room made A lot of noise and it was hard to sleep with it running.

My room faced the back of the hotel. It looked onto the roof. I felt quite isolated. The staff weren't interested in helping me change rooms. The buffet breakfast was VERY average.

my room had a direct view of the sea. the hotel sits right across from the seaside and next to the local mall, so things are close. the breakfast had a very nice spread. (i especially liked the fresh fruit!)
the air conditioning leaked all night. it dripped a lot, so i could not sleep. i told the reception, but i only got told that they would inform maintenance. i would have appreciated an apology at least.

The breakfast offered a very wide selection of items. I ordered an omelet, and it was prepared exactly to my liking. The restaurant location is central within the hotel (.. ) it features a great sea view from the veranda.
The swimming pool was closed for maintenance. There was no advance notice about the pool closure on the hotel website. The TV selection was somewhat limited. The check-in process was slow despite the advertised check-in time.
