mixed experience due to noise and basic amenities

loud musiclimited tv channels
The noise levels were a significant issue . my room was directly above the bar, and the music was loud, continuing until 1:00 am. the floor vibrated with each beat, hindering my ability to sleep. additionally, the room lacked basic amenities. The central heating was on full blast despite the outside temperature being 25 degrees was great. the tv had limited channels due to interference.
