pleasant stay

clean roomfriendly staffgood location
i was able to check in early because of my flight. the hotel cafe served a good breakfast, it was surprisingly good. the staff were also friendly and the rooms were clean. the location was good too.
i did not understand why the single room did not have a kettle.

the staff at the front desk greeted guests upon arrival or departure. layla and nur. two other people at the front desk, promptly fulfilled all requests. audra, the server, also provided excellent service.

the bar has live music one night. the hotel provided fruit-infused iced water at the reception, something i very much appreciated on a hot day. the included breakfast had made-to-order items whatever you wanted.

the location is excellent. the waterfront is within walking distance. the hotel's position near china town, the cats statue, and the culture museum makes it convenient.
