The staff was helpful. My room had modern fittings. Breakfast was excellent. The garden play area was nice for children.

i was happy with the cleanliness throughout the whole hotel, especially the rooms and bathrooms, everything so super clean. the breakfast was perfect with lots of choices for everyone and friendly staff. i found parking very easy, it was a relief. the staff were lovely and helpful too.
the doors close noisily, and i find it a little uncomfortable.

the bed had quality bedding and divine pillowswith great comfort. rooms have useful amenities, such as coffee, milk, a fan and heating. i found that the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated with attention to detail.

the hotel has two dining rooms and also a bar area. i ate in the restaurant downstairs and i thought the food was lovely. they serve tasty meals, with pies being a highlight.

the hotel offered a late checkout it was very useful. the room had a lovely decor it felt modern. the bed was so comfy it.
my meal arrived late this was disappointing. my wife had already finished her food this was not ideal. the server asked if everything was ok this was after the delay.

The staff members were friendly. I found the room clean and well kept throughout the hotel. Breakfast had a delicious taste, and I appreciated the good selection of food available. I was happy with the comfortable bed and the generous amount of pillows provided.

i found a couple issues the breakfast bacon was tough it was not cooked to my preference the room was clean enough but it lacked thoroughness in cleaning i noticed dust in corners and on higher surfaces these details matter to me i expect better attention to detail when i pay for accommodation

I must note, the experience did have its setbacks. The soundproofing was minimal. Noise from adjacent rooms disrupted sleep. the breakfast service was slow ONE morning. It took an unacceptable amount of time for a simple order of toast to arrive. I expect quicker service.
