the staff were friendly. i requested a vegan breakfast, and the chef prepared a delicious offering the next morning. the service throughout were efficient.

the toilet pan wasnt very clean. the heating wasnt very efficient, so we were cold . the heated towel rail wasnt working.

The location was acceptable.

The room lacked proper storage for clothes. There were limited shelves and no chest of drawers. there was NO air-conditioning, I was forced to keep the window open resulting in traffic noise.

Room 1 is located right next to the main road. This produced a lot of noise. the noise from traffic prevented a good night's sleep. i would request a room at the back if i stayed again.

The staff were so lovely and friendly! I also really loved the room. The selection of coffee and tea plus the Emma Bridgewater mugs added a really nice touch.

The room felt really hot and stuffy . The window and door also did not open wide enough to let in any air. It was not pleasant.
