water temperature safety hazard
The hot water situation was RIDICULOUS. The cold water tap delivered scalding water, and the hot tap dispensed cold water. This wasn't just an inconvenience , it was a safety hazard. I reported it during my last stay a year ago, and NOTHING had been fixed. Only the sink was corrected after I raised HELL.

romantic getaway

south indian dishes friendly service super clean room timely service
the breakfast buffet included many options , so i found flavorful south indian dishes. pratiba , nischal and sargam offered great service with a smile, and i appreciated their helpfulness. dipankar and debashis kept my room super clean , and their friendly service was prompt. laundry services were timely , as items were collected and returned as scheduled.
the bathroom felt somewhat open , if the door was not properly closed , more could be seen than desired.

the rooftop brewery provided an added bonus, offering a unique experience right at the hotel. the valet parking service included energetic staff members actively handling a high volume of cars. they ensure a fast turnaround, minimizing waiting times .

the beautiful room was spacious and well maintained. fresh linens were provided, and room tidiness was consistently ensured by the housekeeping staff. bed quality promoted restful sleep, while the room offered sufficient space to move around comfortably.

i found the breakfast spread sumptuous, offering both indulgent and healthy options. a la carte selections were also available , and the thai curry stood out as particularly delicious. serena from ithaca was very helpful during breakfast time, assisting guests during the busy hours.
