The staff was very courteous and helpful. Calvin at the reception was cute! He recommended a fantastic Nasi Lemak at the restaurant. Nailan at the restaurant was friendly and helpful too. The breakfast each morning was delicious!!!

The check-in process was a bit slow.

the location was great. it was within walking distance of many places. the room was very quiet despite the road nearby. the windows were well sound proofed. i slept soundly.

the housekeeping was awful. i left at 10am and returned after 4pm. my room was not attended to! the housekeepers wanted to clean my room late in the afternoon. i only requested clean towels.

the restaurant was very good! i recommend the künefe dessert. prepared dishes were done without attention or skills though, and the service at the tables was poor. music WAS far too loud!

the quick check-in process in the lounge area was really nice. i got an early check-in, which helped a lot with my early departure. the shower was great. the bed was very comfortable.
