the host seemed put out by our arrival a bit early (i think it was around 2 pm). she told us check-in wasn't until 4:30 pm. she didn't offer us a place to wait inside. we felt quite unwelcome, standing outside in the heat while she returned to what seemed like a social gathering.

The breakfast was good value. I appreciated the free car parking (this was helpful for my rental). The owners were friendly and helpful. They gave me directions to a nearby pub.
I arrived a few hours before the stated check-in time of 4:30 PM after a very long day. The host indicated I was early because she was entertaining friends. She did not offer a chance to wait in the reception area.

the breakfast was amazing!!! the yoghurt and berries with fresh fruit tasted great. the free car parking was a big plus, and the location was quite peaceful. the cooked breakfast had good value.
i arrived a bit early before check-in after a very long travel day. the host was entertaining friends and made it clear i arrived early. i wish there was a better way to manage early arrivals.

i stayed in a standard double room. the room was very clean upon my arrival. the bathroom was practical with the shower. it had all amenities required.
after a very long day of traveling, i arrived a few hours before the 4.30pm check in. the host made it very clear i was in the wrong arriving early as she had a group of friends she was entertaining. she offered me a key but said to come back after 4.30pm.
