perfect spot close to everything

i found it near many things. the apartment had space and was very clean. it suited our group well. parking was helpful. we only stayed one night but i would stay again. it was good that it had a fridge freezer, oven, and microwave, so we could eat in.

I expected a much better stay. the shower was AWFUL. The temperature fluctuated between scalding and freezing. the bed wasn't very comfortable either. I could feel the springs. it made sleep difficult. i also noticed some of the dishes weren't completely clean. this really lowered my opinion of the cleanliness.

The location is really central with good parking available. I found several restaurants and good pubs nearby. The staff was flexible when it came to check-in times, I appreciated that. The place was clean and tidy and it included all the facilities I required.
There was NO hot water at night or in the morning. Luckily, the shower was electric so it had hot water, but nowhere else. That needs SORTING.

The basement car park was easy to find and a lift served all floors. The building has clear signage, so I could find my way around easily. This facility offers convenient access to all amenities.

Staff helped without being asked. They were very attentive. The young receptionist gave a good estimate about my questions. Her knowledge meant a lot to a visitor unfamiliar with the area.

the apartment was clean and secure. parking was available and that's a big plus. i find that really helpful when i travel.
i didn't have hot water at night and in the morning. fortunately, the shower used electricity so at least i had some hot water there. no hot water was available anywhere else.
