shower room nice decoration good breakfast poor service forgotten order slow service
The room had a shower room attached to it. The room was decorated nicely. Breakfast was good.
The staff was to forget about me. I had to find them to order after waiting quite a while. I also had to find them to order desserts (even after asking one of the staff).

king-size bed delicious breakfast evening meal check-in process busy bar hassled feeling
the room i had was huge. it featured a comfy super king-size bed. breakfast was delicious. the evening meal was amazing!!!
the check-in process wasn't smooth. i had to wait uncomfortably in the busy bar area. i felt a bit hassled after a long drive.

clean room spacious room friendly staff awful phone signal room location poor value
the room was spacious and clean lots of parking was available i found the staff to be friendly the food was fantastic
the phone signal was awful i was wondering round the village trying to get service in order to get a signal i was quite concerned at one point that we were not going to be able to get into our room i think it isn't particularly good value for money

Absolutely loved my stay!
delicious food friendly staff historic building
The food was delicious, especially the Sunday Lunch! The service was also fantastic. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The room had extra touches like toiletries and tea! I really appreciated the sensitive interior design that complemented the historic building.

Excellent Wedding Reception Venue
delicious food clean room comfortable room
Xin and her staff excelled in making my daughter's wedding reception excellent. We had 18 guests, most of whom stayed in the accommodation. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We used the restaurant, beautifully set up for the meal. The food tasted delicious and the staff allowed ample time between courses for the speeches.
The phone signal is awful and I was walking around the village trying to get service to speak to someone to find our room.
