I encountered poor room service with no follow-up for four days. I think there was a qr code ordering thingy that i found out about on the last day.

The hotel location is close to Prahran market and shopping on Chapel street. I found the hotel quiet. Opting out of housekeeping resulted in a complimentary bottle of wine. The guest laundry service cost only two dollars and it provided really good value.

I found the pillows too soft. All four stacked did not provide enough support.

the location WAS great. It was just off chapel street, easy to get around. The staff was also very nice and helpful, I appreciated their assistance. There was plenty of street parking AVAILABLE too.

i found the room quite dusty. The sheets and towels WERE clean, BUT corners of the room were really dirty. Some of the cutlery was pretty dirty as someone had used it and not cleaned it, which i disliked. the light for the fan in the bathroom didn't always turn on, it was annoying.
