I loved that val at reception knew all the guests! she greeted everyone by name. The staff really remembered everyone. also, the breakfast had crisp bacon, just how i like it! it also had american and asian breakfast options.
Our room faced a busy road! this meant it was quite noisy most of the time. The noise was a bummer.

my stay was far from perfect the room was too dark making it difficult to see especially when trying to get ready the shower's temperature was inconsistent alternating between hot and cold water unexpectedly this made showering a frustrating experience also the breakfast lacked variety i found myself eating the same thing every day it became monotonous and i wished there were more options available
