I was promised prosecco at check-in. It didn't happen. the room they gave me was so small. i also saw dust all over the floors. housekeeping didn't do a good job. They skipped things like changing sheets. i am annoyed that they didn't even offer a discount.

I found the decor to be quite lovely. My room had fresh towels daily, a clothes steamer, and the bed linens were fresh. The central location made getting around quite simple. I was happy I could borrow a pool towel free of charge and visit the swimming pool whenever I wanted.

I enjoyed dining at the Strawberry Hill restaurant. The waiter. The food there was AMAZING!!! They accommodated my requests without hesitation and ensured I had everything I needed.

The hotel provides dedicated beach space and towel service which I appreciated. The pool parties are an alternate to beach time, nice. The common areas are adorable and Instagram-worthy. The location is ideal with easy access to locations nearby.
