Lower suites crafted from locally-quarried stone mirror traditional Kumaoni homes while upper suites utilize fly-ash bricks with bamboo and copper elements.

The kitchen serves a mix of Kumaoni and international cuisine using seasonal produce and local foraged ingredients. Signature dishes include protein-rich black soybean daal and bhaang chutney made from ground cannabis seeds.
