The location was great with a nice ocean view. It had a pool! the room was comfortable and stylish. It was convenient and provided everything i needed. the staff seemed friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. overall, i felt i got good value for the price.

The hotel has a heated pool where guests can get both towels and bottled water. Games are also available there. a store inside the premises allows easy purchase of necessary items, such as food and beverages. there is also a large free parking.

I had a nice big room. It provided everything i needed to prepare meals, including a kitchenette. the bed was very comfortable! a big shower was also very convenient, i liked the fresh and clean decoration.

the location is good if you have a car to drive to the main parts of town, though it might be inconvenient otherwise. it is a short drive to duval street where parking is usually available. the airport is minutes away, easy to catch my flight home.

The front desk staff was great and provided early check-in upon request. They were very helpful. free reception was a great addition, providing some refreshments and a cute atmosphere. the hotel staff were accommodating with requests!

the room was modern and well equipped with necessities.

the front desk staff was not friendly, and they seemed annoyed by my questions (simple questions, really). my room was supposed to have a partial sea view, but it mostly overlooked the lobby roof and noisy a/c units. this hardly justifies the price i paid.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Encountered

The room was clean and it was comfortable.

I found a very strong musty smell upon entering the room. The sitting area also seemed outdated. Switching rooms was not an option and staff only offered air freshener. I was uncomfortable with the unit's independent heating system and lacked confidence in the smoke detector functioning as a carbon monoxide detector.
