I found the staff to be helpful. the coffee shop being close was a real plus. I got coffee and oats there. the rooftop views were pretty nice (it was a lovely spot to relax).
the room was very noisy. i could hear the room next door as if they were in my room. there was also a loud continuous noise, maybe from a fan. it made sleeping difficult.

i stayed in a beautiful double room. the staff were friendly and the rooftop restaurant was amazing!!! the location is very good. there is a nice restaurant and a coffee shop so that is convenient.
the room cleanliness was moderate, i think. towels were coming back with stains. i observed that the lifts and floors were dirty.

the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions and local eateries. i found the staff consistently helpful, promptly addressing my needs and providing useful information. the rooftop restaurant provided a relaxing atmosphere with good food.. i especially enjoyed the coffee shop downstairs for a quick caffeine fix.
i noticed slight noise from nearby rooms at times.
