The room was clean. It had fresh towels and bedding.

The shower's temperature was hard to adjust. Water was either very hot or roasting. The rooms weren't large enough for 3 people even though a quadruple room was booked. Concerns about the shower were responded to but not resolved the first time and ignored the second time.
