poor soundproofing cupboard doors
The room was clean. That was acceptable.
the soundproofing was very poor. i was woken by a radio playing loudly in the kitchen. cupboard doors were used instead of a proper door to the en suite.

mixed feelings about ground floor room

lack of privacy ground floor
the location proved convenient for exploring the area.
our ground floor room lacked privacy as passersby frequently looked in. people even attempted to enter our room. an amazon delivery man mistakenly tried to deliver a parcel directly to our room. this room should be clearly identified as a ground floor unit in its description.
