some issues i encountered
broken tilesfaulty heating
the room felt really dated. the bathroom was especially bad, with broken tiles. also, the heating wasn't working properly. i had to ask about it several times.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed a very good dinner in the pub. Breakfast was also great (the porridge was especially good!).
The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. I would have preferred brighter lighting.

The hotel is conveniently situated between two towns on one of the rings of Kerry (making it easy to explore). Parking was easy and accessible. The hotel is a good starting point for exploring the Ring of Kerry.

amazing water pressurelovely garden viewsfriendly staff
The water pressure in the shower was amazing!!! the garden views were very nice. dinner at the restaurant was lovely. I had a romantic evening. the friendly staff created such a warm atmosphere.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also found the location to be quite convenient for exploring the surrounding area (I love such trips!).
The bathroom looked a bit outdated and could use some improvements. The hairdryer in my room was not working.
