The hotel's central location allowed convenient access to many attractions. The room upgrade at check-in was a nice surprise , it included complimentary breakfast. I found the staff to be consistently friendly and helpful .
The soap dispensers in the bathroom felt slightly out of place with the room's overall design.

the location was fantastic, close to everything i wanted to see (it made exploring very easy). the room provided was a luxury king room. the staff were very helpful and courteous , they assisted with directions and recommendations.
the gym equipment seemed a bit limited for a hotel of this caliber. i would have hoped for a larger variety of machines.

i found the cappuccino served at the café to be smooth. the hotel has a café that offers breakfast and light dinner options. a variety of drinks are available at the bar.

the hotel is within walking distance to the city center. the bus and train stations are also conveniently located nearby. easy access to shopping areas is a definite plus (i found some great deals).

check-in was smooth and efficient, and i was even accommodated early. the staff members were friendly and available to assist. the rooms are cleaned well and smell nice.
