a balanced stay with a few issues
rainforest atmosphere beach location attentive service limited options poor isolation falcon captivity
the rainforest atmosphere created a immersive experience. i loved the natural beauty surrounding the hotel, almost like a secret garden. the beach was beautiful, offering the perfect location for strolls. the service manager david showed really good attention. sonia provided wonderful service, our time at the beach was special.
The buffet's vegetarian options were very limited. finding suitable meals became a real challenge. I felt frustrated. the entertainment included a falcon held in captivity. It raised concerns about animal welfare and animal rights. the room doors provided poor sound isolation. I heard every noise from the hallway. it made peaceful sleep difficult.
