a lovely retreat
lanna touches modern comfort thai smile caring staff
i remember the hotel's architecture with traditional lanna touches. the blend with modern comfort created a very tranquil atmosphere. the staff always greeted me with a genuine thai smile. they were caring and eager to assist with anything i needed.
i noticed some areas could use a bit of freshening up. but the positives far outweighed this minor detail.

my grand beautiful room with a balcony was spacious and clean. the traditional design added to the overall charm of the hotel. it had a very comfortable bed and provided a perfect space to relax.

the hotel sits conveniently just inside the canal, i found the position allowed me to easily explore temples and local spots on foot. i also used the free shuttle to the night market every evening. this service was very convenient.

the staff were friendly and efficient. they found a lost item quickly. i would return here. the grounds were beautiful. i appreciate the attention to detail.
the pool was a bit cold. but the drinks at the bar were great.

the architecture showcases lanna elegance with modern comfort and wooden beams add to the charm. i especially appreciated the serene pool area for relaxation. the restaurant offered delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and excellent coffee.
i found the absence of an elevator inconvenient as i had to carry my luggage up the stairs.

The staff provided refreshing towels upon my arrival. The chilled thai tea was a welcome treat. i found the pool and bar area calm and relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful.

unpleasant smell limited variety
the staff provided a shuttle to the airport. it met my needs.
The location was not ideal for my travel plans. the toilet also had a lingering unpleasant smell. the breakfast was very limited. I was expecting more variety.

the staff were helpful with requests i made the pool was also relaxing
the hotel needs some updates my room's air conditioning was weak it struggled to cool the room during the day the bathroom fixtures showed their age too a leaky faucet and some chipped tiles were noticeable
