Really good Stay in Tranquil Setting

A boot room is available for walkers exploring the area. Food served at the pub was also great, and there was a lovely log fire.

The accommodation was of excellent quality. The recent refurbishment showed attention to detail and care. A boot room is available for walkers exploring the surrounding area. The food was great plus a log fire and lovely staff added to the experience.
This caused a bit of inconvenience as I had made plans based on the initial information.

The location was serene (a great plus for me). Staff members were cute and friendly. The room was very clean and finished to a high standard. The shower offered excellent water pressure and consistent temperature, which I greatly appreciated after a long day of travel.
The internet connection was somewhat slow at times.

I found a couple of things rather irritating. the absence of tea and coffee in the room was inconvenient. we only got one hand towel. Sharing that was just great. i would have planned my meals differently.

The breakfast was lovely. It was served at my preferred time and the choices were good. The location is fine. The sitting area with a log fire added a nice touch.
