dog bed plenty towels
caroline. the selection for breakfast it was great. my room was large enough for my dog bed and i was comfortable. there was plenty of towels in my room too.
I notice doors sometimes slam hard. It woke me.

Really good Hospitality and Super clean Rooms!

Caroline gave my dog a warm welcome. The room had sugar, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, and biscuits. I found extra supplies on the landing. The location was quiet and only a short walk from the seafront.
Some doors were slammed occasionally.

a charming stay
seafront access fresh breakfast clean room secure parking
this guest house was so close to the seafront, just a short walk away. the fresh breakfast had such a nice variety, including cereals and cooked options. our room was so clean, I found all the amenities i needed. parking felt SECURE, such a welcome addition.
i noticed some doors were a bit loud, guests did slam them at times

caroline and rosie make it a happy place. they were pretty good and caroline makes a perfect breakfast. the stay was really special with those two, like visiting family. the dog-friendly vibe made it extra nice for pet owners.

Dog-Friendly Stay with Great Breakfast
cereal selection fresh fruit off-street parking
I found the breakfast excellent, with a large selection of cereals and fresh fruit. The room offered tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, and biscuits. I also appreciated the extra supplies available on the landing. The off-street parking accommodated four cars easily.
There was some noise from doors closing, but it didn't disrupt my sleep much.
