The staff offered easy self check in. This was convenient.
The wifi WAS down. This hindered work plans. I received a message saying NOTHING could be done, requiring me to leave early for the office.

underwhelming stay
friendly staffweak water pressureroad noise
the staff were friendly and helpful. the wifi worked well.
the room i booked was not what i expected. the shower was quite small , and the water pressure was very weak. also , the noise from the nearby road made it difficult to sleep well at night.

self check incomfy bedspacious bathroomclosed pubtired conditionshabby furniture
i found the self check in was great because i arrived late. the beds were comfy and the linens felt clean. the room it self was big and the bathroom had lots of space.
the pub was shut for weeks, i didn't know this when i booked. the whole place seemed tired and needed a fresh look. the furniture in the room was shabby and a bit worn.
