the staff was super helpful and the breakfast every day was really great! fresh towels, water bottles & toiletries arrived daily. i found the location great with parking behind the hotel (that's always a plus!).
the room was really small, i had limited space for luggage.

breakfast had a wonderful selection each morning. staff accommodated our request to move to a quieter room after a couple of nights of music. our second room was quieter. this thoughtfulness added peace to the stay.
the bedroom proved to be quite small. the bathroom space presented a challenge. the room felt overpriced considering the size and limited space.

Finding the hotel was easy, and parking was a great plus. the location was central, ideal for families. a short walk took me to the promenade and spanish arch. the staff were polite. I found them very attentive.
The room was very small. turning around in the bathroom proved challenging due to limited space..

the staff exhibited great politeness and helpfulness. i noticed the bar staff were pretty good too assist guests. the breakfast service ensured everyone had more than enough to eat. overall, the service felt very personal and efficient.

The breakfast was good, which matched my expectations.
I found the room quite small. The bathroom was especially cramped. The shower had very low pressure, and washing my hair became a real struggle. The cost felt high considering these issues.
