Really good Stay

The location proved wonderful, placing me right in the center of everything. My room included everything i needed. A really good shower impressed me. The compact room had a large comfortable bed, i Admire this.
The room sat directly above the pub, i did not think this would be a problem initially. There were loud noises, including singing and guitars until late. I found it difficult to relax with this disturbance.

The room was very clean and also comfortable. The Queen Room had good facilities. Complimentary toiletries, along with tea, coffee and Welsh cakes made a nice touch. Wine glasses and a corkscrew were conveniently placed in the room.

The location was excellent, right in the centre of town. A nice bar and cafe sits downstairs with a beer garden at the front. Street parking is available, although it can be limited directly outside the hotel. Many shops and restaurants are easily accessible.

Staff members were really friendly and helpful. Donna greeted me warmly and efficiently managed the check-in process. She provided me with all necessary information, including details about the surrounding area, i appreciated this detail. The service was really good.

The hotel has been recently opened so everything feels new and fresh. I appreciate that. The cosy Micro pub downstairs was ideal. Food and drinks were available at the bar. All needs were met. Free WI-FI access proved useful for work purposes.

late noisestale cakes
My stay began promisingly, but a couple of issues dampened the experience. The noise from the bar downstairs persisted well past the stated closing time. I could clearly hear loud conversations and music. This made it difficult to relax or get to sleep early. the promised complimentary Welsh cakes were stale upon arrival, so i wasn't able to eat them.
