underwhelming stay despite the view
expensive dinnersubpar service
The restaurant charged an exorbitant price for dinner. I paid $68 for pasta! the service was subpar. i had to ask multiple times to order drinks after waiting twenty minutes. also, an 18% service charge was added, even with such poor service. it was like a waste of money when better options existed nearby.

The team greeted us warmly, handling our luggage efficiently. I had a room on a high floor and its cleanliness IMPRESSED me. The room had modern amenities, including a very big television. I had a nice stay.
The off-site parking requires a shuttle. This adds a little time, though it was always prompt.

the room was modern and clean, i really appreciate this. views from the observation deck offers an unforgetable experience. ihop breakfast was a treat with a beautiful view of the falls in the morning sun.
the heating system was too loud, i had to turn it off.

check-in was quick, efficient, and all the formalities got done very fast. staff greeted us very kindly upon arrival. the front desk clerk did very well by finding a king room with fallsview after remodeling.

The staff was very HELPFUL. My room was clean and looked recently updated. The view of both water features at night, with the lights, was AMAZING.
Parking is expensive and off-site. It is also far AWAY. A shuttle is required to get to the hotel unless valet parking is used.
