a perfect coastal retreat
convenient parking fantastic advice excellent breakfast short walk
I found the parking on the hotel convenient. It eased my mind. duncan gave fantastic advice regarding the local area. I always knew where to go. the cooked breakfast each morning was excellent, and it started my day well. the location was superb. It was a short walk to the o2 academy.
the bathroom lacked a few basic toiletries, though it wasn't a major issue.

The rooms feature comfortable beds. I slept soundly each night. easy access was available to all areas, and i felt safe as a solo woman. the cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate. Every corner sparkled.

The hotel sits close to the o2 academy, it's literally a five-minute walk. boscombe town center is easily accessible. Everything is close. the spot balances beach access with shops. It is a great mix.

Breakfast was great. It set a positive tone for the day. the breakfast included both continental and full english options. Everything tasted fresh. duncan accommodated all my needs, including kids with selective tastes.

Duncan extended a warm welcome when I arrived. My room felt wonderfully clean with a very comfortable bed indeed. The cooked breakfast was really good. I loved it.
The ceilings felt low in the room, and I bumped myself a few times. There are no toiletries provided, and I missed very basic things in the bathroom. I had to bend to get in the room.

Duncan is a very cute host, he explained everything I needed to know about my stay. My room was very clean, also the bed was very comfy with tea & coffee facilities. I like that Duncan is very eco conscious, he has recycling bins for his guests.
The room lacked basic toiletries. I found it missing some essential things in the bathroom. This.

The hotel has excellent access to Boscombe and Bournemouth via walking or bus routes, with the beach just a few hundred yards away. There is a huge variety of restaurants along the main street and closer to the coast.

delicious breakfast friendly host clean room missing toiletries low ceiling basic things
The breakfast included options cooked properly. My room had enough space, which helped. Duncan was friendly and helpful. He really fulfilled all needs.
My room had no toiletries. I missed some basic things in the bathroom, really. the room's ceiling felt too close. I bumped my head.
