late breakfastunhygienic mattresses
The breakfast arrangement was really inconvenient. Breakfast service started far too late for me at 10 am. The sandwich alternative was quite disappointing too. It was a jam sandwich, not what I expect. there were no mattress protectors, I found this unhygienic!

Charming Stay

coffee machinespacious bathroomsoft bedpoor communication
I found my room well-appointed. It included a coffee machine, so i could quickly make a drink. The bathroom impressed me with its size. It featured a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower. The soft double bed contained many pillows and cushions.
The staff provided poor communication. I received no information about breakfast. I eventually discovered breakfast was served across the road. I think they need to communicate information like this better.
Facilities
9/10
The room had complementary tea, coffee, a nespresso machine, hot chocolate, biscuits, still water, and sparkling water available for my convenience. Plenty of storage drawers and a wardrobe ensured i could unpack all my clothes. Also there were two chairs.
