The location was great near the river!!! you can have a walk, some good restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery shops around. the metro station is also nearby. the room was very clean and the staff were helpful. I loved that.
the room and toilet were really very small to be comfortable. there was hardly any space to even open up the luggage.

Really good Stay Near Asakusa!

The hotel is near multiple subway stations and a 7-Eleven. I appreciated the washing machines on the reception level. They provided complimentary coffee and hot chocolate which was wonderful. I also loved the daily delivery of bottled water to the room.
The Wi-Fi signal was frequently unstable. It disconnected every few minutes. This made it difficult to rely on for extended use.

wifi did not work more then a few minutes. this is essential for a hotel, but they do not provide it. the unit bath makes it hard to enter. i found that disappointing and difficult to manage . it is a serious flaw.

The staff was helpful. I experienced no noise issues and the room felt cozy. The hotel is very close to the Kuramae and Asakusa lines. This proximity proved very useful. The location made getting around very easy. I enjoyed the convenience.
The room had obvious stains on the wallpapers. Hand prints were visible on the wall by the bed. This detracted from the overall cleanliness. I think they should pay attention to this detail.

I noticed free coffee available in the lobby. This was a great benefit for a quick morning pick-me-up. There was also a coffee machine that was easy to use. I enjoyed this amenity.
