clean rooms friendly service tasty food
the staff was very cute. hava cleaned the rooms thoroughly, a friendly service. seyfulla assisted with luggage and breakfast, exhibiting politeness. sultan prepared tasty food, his kindness added to the experience.

Really good Stay Experience
convenient location lovely terrace breakfast variety available staff
The location was convenient. It was easy to access the town center. I found the rooftop terrace especially lovely, it offered amazing views of the balloons. I appreciated the breakfast each morning. It had a good variety. Saif was always available and eager to assist (a real asset!).
The carpet on the terrace showed signs of wear and could benefit from replacement.

Our family room featured ample space, it easily accommodated all five of us. The cave-like setting felt unique and added character to our stay. A jacuzzi was a welcome addition after long days.

The hotel is near major tourist activities. The multiple sun terraces provided great views of the surrounding landscape. We watched the hot air balloons from the terrace most mornings.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. They greatly enhanced our experience. Tarek assisted with arranging tours on short notice. That proved valuable. Breakfast service was prompt and attentive (the fresh cakes were a nice touch!).

Fantastic stay with lovely hospitality!
excellent location helpful staff varied breakfast good meal
The location is excellent! I found it very accessible to the town center. The staff was AMAZING, especially Saifallah. He was always ready to help. The breakfast buffet each morning offered a wide variety of options, I always found something I liked. I enjoyed starting each day with such a good meal.
The carpets and cushions on the terrace were not ready.

The terrace offered BEAUTIFUL views, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The rooms featured a fascinating cave design. Guests can enjoy the panoramic scenery and capture nice photos from the hotel's PERFECTLY situated terrace.

The staff members were friendly and accommodating. They helped me book tours, arranged everything from pick-up to drop-off. Staff. Their warmth REALLY enhanced my stay.
