valet parkingconfusing breakfast
i was quite disappointed with a few aspects. firstly, i didn't receive the valet parking i expected, even though the hotel claims to be a four-star hotel.. carrying my luggage to the room wasn't a great start. secondly, the breakfast situation was confusing. i was presented with a menu, ordered, and then told some items weren't included and would cost extra, despite a promised discount not being applied. it left a sour taste, especially considering the price i paid.

i loved my room! it was a premium room sea view private terrace outdoor jacuzzi. it had everything i wanted. the hotel staff always helped me. they gave me directions and recommendations.
the breakfast had a menu. i ordered from it. they then told me i needed to pay extra. they also forgot my 20% discount in the restaurant.

the location was FANTASTIC on paradise beach. access to the beach was included, though they also gave beach towels.
i was told the hotel taxi service was available 24hrs via whatsapp. it turned out to be unreliable and i waited over an hour ONE night. the gym had a great range of equipment BUT several machines were out of order. this made it hard to get a full workout.

the room was beautiful comfortable and clean the pool was wonderful the staff was so friendly and helpful i loved the really good view from my room. the facilities were beautiful and the location was perfect. the staff provided really good service that i will not forget.

decent stay with SOME issues

the rooms matched the pictures online, that was a good start.
i faced some problems here. first, it was hard TO find someone to help with luggage. then, when i asked for valet parking, the hotel did not offer it and this was annoying since they promote themself as 4 star hotel, so i had to deal with it myself.
