fantastic family trip
super clean room short drive diverse food
i found the hotel to be clean. our room was super clean upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained this standard throughout our stay. i also appreciated the proximity to the airport (it's only a short drive) , made our arrival and departure seamless. the food at the buffet was diverse, offering something for everyone.
i noticed some inconsistencies with the all-inclusive package. several drinks were available only at an additional cost which wasn't clear initially.

The staff showed genuine hospitality . They were generally prompt and helpful whenever i had a query or request, especially in addressing minor issues in the room.

The location is very convenient. The hotel has direct access to a private beach, a feature i used daily, also, the airport proximity is a significant advantage for those traveling by air.

the breakfast buffet had an extensive selection (the omelets were freshly made!). the food was regularly replenished, and there were plenty of options to cater to different dietary preferences.

our room had a balcony that overlooked the pool area, a feature we particularly enjoyed during the evenings, also, the room was spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities.

a mixed stay with some disappointments
unclean beach cheap drinks
I found some aspects quite disappointing. the beach was not clean. It felt quite unorganized. also, the drinks at the bar tasted cheap. I think they use low-quality ingredients. it wasn't the relaxing experience i hoped for.

Average stay. Some disappointments though
poor air conditioning limited drinks
I found some issues . the air conditioning did not work well enough, this made the room uncomfortable at times. also, the variety of drinks included in the all-inclusive package was limited. I found that many drinks cost extra. this detail should be clarified better at check-in, it would improve transparency.

decent stay, a few hiccups
amazing pool nice pasta play options unclean beach poor breakfast limited variety
the pool was amazing. it was spacious and well maintained. the pasta was made very nicely. the place has great options for kids to play.
the beach wasn't very clean. it felt a bit unorganized too. the breakfast was cheap and poor. i didn't find much variety.
