I felt welcomed from the beginning! the reception staff checked me in quickly, a very smooth process. the food selection was excellent. I loved the variety and quality. every staff member i encountered worked diligently and maintained high service standards.
the music from the evening entertainment was a bit loud, i could hear it clearly from my room.

the room included a large bed and a seating area with a small table. i had two separate sinks in the bathroom, this proved very convenient. a rainfall shower was installed.

The hotel has convenient access to a nearby beach. It's just a short walk. i noticed many shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. public transportation stops are nearby providing easy travel.

the hotel had a gym with three treadmills and several weight machines. i saw two outdoor swimming pools, both was very clean. the spa offered a variety of treatments, like balinese massage.
