Absolutely Fantastic Experience!
efficient staff secure beach various options
The reception staff was super cute and efficient! The location was both convenient and serene, providing easy access with a secure beachfront. The food was excellent with fresh and delicious meals and great presentation. I loved the variety of entertainment options like the basketball court and the gym.
I found the elevators to be a bit slow during peak hours. It was a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning.

Every meal was a delight, with beautiful presentation and delicious flavors! I really liked the buffet options. They were very fresh, and the restaurant staff were always working hard to keep the area clean and stocked.

My room was always super clean with daily housekeeping! The space was large and very stylish, with a very comfortable bed, that contributed to restful nights, after spending long days, at the beach and pool.

This place provides easy access to local attractions. It is in a convenient yet peaceful area! I took advantage of public transport to visit nearby sites and appreciated returning to a calmer setting each evening.

The pool was very clean, and there were a lot of spots to relax! There was something for everyone, from sports like water polo to quiet lounge areas, and the area was always well kept, and relaxing.

The breakfast had a very big selection of food! I could even make my own omelette. The waiters were quick to offer coffee or fresh orange juice. The lunch and dinner choices were delicious.
The cocktail offering was not great. The drinks seemed watered-down and lacked strong flavors. The hotel only includes local alcoholic drinks in the all-inclusive package. I also thought the housekeeping cleaning was not as thorough.

quick check-in food quality staff standards excellent selection
I felt welcomed from the beginning! the reception staff checked me in quickly, a very smooth process. the food selection was excellent. I loved the variety and quality. every staff member i encountered worked diligently and maintained high service standards.
the music from the evening entertainment was a bit loud, i could hear it clearly from my room.

the room included a large bed and a seating area with a small table. i had two separate sinks in the bathroom, this proved very convenient. a rainfall shower was installed.

The hotel has convenient access to a nearby beach. It's just a short walk. i noticed many shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. public transportation stops are nearby providing easy travel.

the hotel had a gym with three treadmills and several weight machines. i saw two outdoor swimming pools, both was very clean. the spa offered a variety of treatments, like balinese massage.
