The room was clean. They changed towels and bed sheets daily and brought three bottles of toiletries each day (that's plenty!).

The staff addressed issues promptly. They quickly resolved every concern I raised. The room cleanliness stood out, and transport options are close by. Several excellent restaurants are within easy reach from the hotel.
I noticed the minibar did not adequately cool beverages, and I avoided using it. This issue affected the usability of an otherwise convenient amenity. I suggest improvements to its cooling efficiency.

the room was spacious, a WELCOME surprise! the cleaners performed perfect work. every staff member was very courteous.
If you plan to work here, seek another place. The internet offered little to NO connectivity. the air conditioning did not function, a worrying prospect for the summer. the walls looked a bit worn, a slight disappointment.

The location was pretty good. It was easy enough to walk to the station.
The room was quite a letdown. It seemed like I was in student housing. The shower had barely any water pressure, talk about a trickle! I also had to put down a deposit just in case I raided the minibar, to be honest.

broken acunexpected deposit
The room felt quite stuffy. The AC didn't work properly, so sleeping was difficult. I noticed some long hairs in the bathroom. That wasn't very pleasant. The minibar required a 50 euro deposit. That felt quite unusual.
