helpful staff fantastic recommendations cold water insufficient soundproofing
The staff was helpful and always available. The hotel provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and activities.
The water in the pool was quite cold, limiting the time I could spend there. My room lacked sufficient soundproofing, leading to some disturbance from neighboring guests.

water supply damp smell
The apartment had a separate bedroom and living area. The layout was acceptable.
There was a problem with the water supply. It was unavailable for two nights just before dinner and once at lunchtime. I did not receive a real apology for this disruption. It caused me to miss a dinner reservation. The bedding also had a damp smell. It did not feel fresh.
