Utopia Rote Lodge consists of several accommodation types, including the Pride Rock Suite and the Old Farm House. Each suite is constructed with local materials, such as Lontar palm and driftwood, ensuring a connection to the surrounding nature. Solar heating showers and compost toilets are standard in all units, enhancing the eco-friendly experience.

The hotel operates exclusively on solar power, which fuels electricity and hot water during the day. A grey water runoff from the showers nourishes the gardens, minimizing water waste. Compost toilets in each suite support environmentally friendly practices while providing guests with a unique experience.

Dining at Utopia Rote is centered around the Cliff Top Restaurant, offering fresh, organic meals made mainly from produce sourced from the on-site permaculture garden. Guests can experience candle-lit dinners under the stars and partake in moon gatherings featuring all-you-can-eat buffets. The Utopia Cafe serves a selection of healthy snacks and drinks from 8 AM to 7 PM.

The lodge is located near the renowned T-Land surf break, known for its world-class left-hand waves. Additionally, various nearby surfing spots cater to all skill levels, from beginner-friendly Nembrala to more challenging breaks like Oeseli. The hotel offers boat services to access more remote waves.
