The staff were AMAZING, super friendly and efficient. I found everything super clean and in order. Check-in and check-out were super smooth, such easy! The wellness facilities are great. I loved the pool, sauna, and steam room.
There were no lockers in the changing cabins in the spa, so guests didn't know where to put their belongings.

The location is very central. It's easy to walk into town. Public transport access is also convenient and close. It's perfect for exploring the city. I didn't need a car!

Breakfast was delicious, well worth staying for!!! There was literally everything you could ask for on it, including cava for a cheeky morning mimosa. The food was AMAZING. There were so many great choices.

the breakfast included a wide selection. the pool area provided a relaxing experience. i also appreciated the helpful staff. they were available to address any questions i had.
the air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. the temperature remained high despite adjustments to the thermostat. it made sleeping difficult.

the staff was very helpful , especially at breakfast. the breakfast buffet included a la carte eggs and fresh pancakes. the rooms were large and very clean.
the room was very warm , and i couldn't get much fresh air. the window only opened a little bit. the bed felt too soft , and the pillows were too thick and uncomfortable.
