Service Missed the Mark
unwelcome feelingpoor reception
I found the service QUITE disappointing. A staff member addressed me about resting my foot on a coffee table (it barely touched it). The owner, Maria Vaughan, did not listen to my concerns the next morning. I left feeling unwelcome (this was regrettable).
