the room was very clean.. i really appreciated that. the breakfast had a large variety of options. all the staff were warm and friendly even though i don't speak portuguese.

sadly, there wasn't a top sheet under the duvet. the hand basin plug was stuck and would not open. noise from other guests was sometimes a problem.

My Premium Double Room was not great. The pillows was like sleeping on rocks and were AWFUL. I found out the hotel does not offer complimentary items, like a kettle.
