charming hotel with excellent service!

the staff was helpful and friendly, really making the stay pleasant! the pool area included a lifeguard and plenty of space for lounging. upgrading to a better room was definitely worth it. also, the price for an extra bed and breakfast was quite reasonable and considerate.

the wifi signal was a bit weak at times, but it wasn't a huge issue.

the room was very clean.. i really appreciated that. the breakfast had a large variety of options. all the staff were warm and friendly even though i don't speak portuguese.

sadly, there wasn't a top sheet under the duvet. the hand basin plug was stuck and would not open. noise from other guests was sometimes a problem.

My Premium Double Room was not great. The pillows reminded me of sleeping on rocks and were AWFUL. I found out the hotel does not offer complimentary items, like a kettle.
