the team provided fantastic support. they offered excellent recommendations for dining, elevating the experience. i was greeted warmly from arrival until my departure.
i found the absence of an elevator on the ground floor inconvenient. reaching the upper floors required navigating a steep staircase initially.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They assisted with transportation. attention to detail was throughout the room, i especially liked the bathrobes and slippers.
The wifi was unreliable, it disconnected frequently. the walls seemed thin. Noise from other rooms was easily audible.

the location was acceptable it made getting around easy
the room i had was small it felt claustrophobic i barely had space to move around my suitcase wouldn't even fully open i had to keep it on the bed the bathroom was tiny too it was hard to even turn around in there
