The location provides easy access to downtown and public transportation. The suite was located on the third floor of a classic Victorian home. This classic walk-up added to its European charm. Overall I had a wonderful stay.
The staircase was a little steep, which could be challenging for some guests with heavy luggage.

The hotel is located on a peaceful street nestled between two main thoroughfares. A lovely garden enhances the hotel. The area has many options for food and drinks within walking distance.

Check-in was efficient. The staff were waiting upon my arrival. They provided clear and simple instructions for accessing the hotel. They promptly addressed requests.

The king room on the first floor features large windows facing the street. High ceilings add to the spacious feel. The bathroom was very clean. The room was nice and warm.

The location was decent, the subway was easy to use.
Our room was NOT clean. I noticed dust EVERYWHERE. The pillow case had a stain. This was really OFFENSIVE. I don't think I can come back here AGAIN.

the room had a fridge which was very convenient i appreciated that. the wi-fi connection was strong it worked without any issues. the location was great it was on a quiet street. i found the room was nice and warm with a comfy blanket available.
the room lacked a microwave i would have liked to have one available
