Underwhelming service despite the location
transfer miscommunicationunhelpful staff
The hotel setting had an amazing view. there were several issues. The airport transfer was a mess despite multiple emails. I found a taxi myself. The staff did not offer any compensation for this bad start. My first room was noisy due to staff meetings and smoking outside. a broken shade kept hitting the wall. Check out was also difficult. No one helped with the bags, and I had to wake up a staff member. Later, I received a text about an unpaid tab.

breakfasts were good here. the dreamy setting offered a beautiful backdrop for both daytime and evening dining. i appreciated the direct access to the sea during the day. comfortable sun beds and plentiful parasols ensured a relaxing experience.
there were many steps on the hotel, this could be a challenge for some guests.

the location had fine views. the restaurant provided fabulous service, also efficient staff assisted me. i found direct sea access was great, even the sun beds are comfortable.

the restaurant has waterside dining that oozes calm sophistication. the food tasted delicious and served right by the sea. i had a wonderful experience eating with natural fireworks off the coast.

The staff are friendly and very helpful with everything. the boat transfer to town happens frequently and very convenient. i received prompt service during meals. The staff took care of every detail.

i have visited this hotel multiple times and appreciate it. the location offers perfection. the staff are efficient. the hotel blends simplicity with sophistication.
there were many steps. they were difficult to navigate. this was not ideal for those with mobility issues. the steps made moving around the hotel challenging.

the hotel is perched on a steep hill, it overlooks the sea. the setting provides a dreamy atmosphere for both daytime relaxation and evening dining. the views are extraordinary from nearly every vantage point.
