charming hotel close to main attractions
helpful stafffriendly staffnice design
i found the location excellent for visiting the tower. the staff was very helpful and friendly. breakfast included a cappuccino with a nice design.

the staff attitude was okay, they did their job.
our standard double room smelled strongly of cleaning products upon arrival, it was really overpowering. also, the shower temperature fluctuated a lot, it went from hot to cold suddenly and it was hard to have a normal shower. i don't feel its a 4 star experience.

The location was super. I had private parking at the hotel. The rooms are nice. The breakfast was delicious!!!
The room was SO hot and stuffy. It was unbearable to sleep at night. The bathroom radiator was on at all times. The air con didn't work.
