Fantastic Stay NEAR the Tower
convenient location simple selection helpful staff clean hotel
The hotel location was convenient. It allowed easy access to main attractions. Breakfast offered a FRESH, simple selection, which started the day well. The staff was helpful. They stored our luggage after checkout so we could explore some more. I found the hotel very clean.
The minibar prices were a little HIGH. Though stocked well.

lovely stay near the tower
friendly staff beautiful room
Staff was very friendly. my room was quite beautiful, just as shown in the pictures. its location could not be better. It is very close both to the tower and the railway line. breakfast had an additional charge but it was worth it.
the air conditioning did not work well enough. the room became too hot and stuffy. it was pretty unbearable at night, especially with the bathroom radiator always on.

cleaning products smell fluctuating temperature
the staff attitude was okay, they did their job.
our standard double room smelled strongly of cleaning products upon arrival, it was really overpowering. also, the shower temperature fluctuated a lot, it went from hot to cold suddenly and it was hard to have a normal shower. i don't feel its a 4 star experience.
