the hotel has a good location near gare de nord. it was easy to store luggage before and after check in. i liked being close to multiple metro stations.

The room is advertised as being soundproofed. It certainly was not. i was kept awake every night by people walking up and down the stairs and chatting in the hallways.

the location was close to the anvers metro station. i could walk easily to gare du nord train station so it was easy to get everywhere. the staff were very nice. the hot water supply for the shower was good and the bed was comfortable.

the bathroom needs updating. there was noise from other rooms. the pillows should be larger.
