The location proved convenient (everything was close). The proximity to both the train station and bus station made travel simple. The unit offered all necessities for both short stays and longer visits. I found kitchenware, a hairdryer, and an ironing set readily available.
The lack of on-site staff posed challenges. There was no one present to address questions or requests from guests.

The location was great. it was really close to the train station and some tasty restaurants. It felt really safe. the bed was comfortable too. laundry downstairs was free. That was really useful.
The shower had really low water pressure. It was basically unusable. i reported this. They said someone would fix it, but nobody did. i had to wash my hair in the bathroom sink for several days.

i found the location superb! it is close to the main train station and the lake is just a short walk away. the room had a fridge, a microwave. some dishware. the shower was large and the water pressure was great!
the ventilation system stopped working for 3 hours one evening. i called but there was no staff on site and they said it wasn't an emergency.

The bed was comfortable. it was a bed. It did what beds do.
The ventilation chose to quit for three hours one evening, around dinnertime. Calling the after-hours line led to another location, but apparently fresh air isn't considered an emergency. a window existed, it is true, though the resulting noise made me wish for stuffy air instead.
