efficient check-infriendly staff

the check-in process was very efficient. i appreciated the friendly staff member who greeted us upon arrival. they shared interesting details about the hotel's history and purpose. the hotel offered a warm welcome.

access to the microwave and ice machine required a trip to the second floor. this was slightly inconvenient.
