My room was very large. The beds were also comfortable. Breakfast offered a perfect variety of choices! Times fit my schedule well. The location was excellent near the metro. I used it all the time
The aircon did not work properly it was leaking water in the evening. I had to turn it off to fix it.

I was able to check in early with no issues. the staff were very professional and helpful. the location is excellent, near the metro line. the rooms were spacious and very clean! i also appreciated the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. It felt very tidy.
The bed made quite a bit of noise. This didn't quite match the quality i paid for.

the hotel's location provided easy access to the metro. this made traveling downtown very convenient. i visited the stadium and found the hotel well-located. connection to the airport by metro was also straightforward.

the staff at the reception were always nice and helpful. housekeeping responded very quickly when i contacted reception, and they arrived in just a few minutes. i found the reception staff to be professional and helpful.
